5.1 Viewing a Matrix

• Topics appear as rows; documents as columns.
• Click a cell to open the detail modal with citations.
• Use the re-run icons to refresh AI analysis for a row or column.

5.2 Viewing an AI Report

1. Open the Report tab for a Matrix project or from the Documents Dashboard.
2. Toggle Show Documents to reveal sources.
3. Click citations to highlight linked documents.
4. Use Download to export as PDF or Word.
5. Click Edit to make revisions and save a new version.

5.3 Exporting Data

Matrices can be exported as CSV or XLSX via Download → select format.

💡 Exports include headers and cell contents as displayed.

5.4 Sharing Outputs

1. Open the Report or Matrix you want to share.
2. Click Share and choose recipients.
3. Shared links open securely within Clade.
