Getting Started with AI Workflows
2.1 Accessing AI Workflows
- Sign in to Clade.
- From the sidebar, click AI Workflows.
- You’ll land on the Workflows tab, which shows all available automations as cards.

2.2 When you first open AI Workflows
If your workspace is new, you’ll see onboarding cards such as Create Matrix, and Create Tear Sheet.
💡 Each card launches a guided setup that automatically handles AI execution and storage.
2.3 Creating a Tear Sheet from the AI Workflows Dashboard
A Tear Sheet summarizes a meeting, note, or document set into a one-page AI-generated brief.
Steps
- From the AI Workflows page, click the Create Tear Sheet card.
- A chat drawer opens on the bottom
- Follow the prompt: select a workspace or meeting note to summarize.
- Upload any supporting documents if requested.
- Confirm the template and run the workflow.
- Wait for generation; the system notifies you when complete.
- Open the generated Tear Sheet to review and share.


🧭 You can run Tear Sheets from the Workflows dashboard or directly inside chat.
💡 After creation, Tear Sheets are accessible under AI Workflows -> Documents Dashboard
