Guides users through creating a meeting record from past notes. Ideal for documenting previous discussions or manually capturing meeting details.

3.4 Create a meeting from a manual note

  • On the IMI page, click Create Meeting Note.

  • In the modal or form select the Workspace
  • Title. For example Discussion with ABC Capital Partners.
  • Meeting Date. Provide the past date and time.
  • Participants. Add names and emails.
  • Content. Write or paste meeting notes.
  • Save. IMI creates a linked meeting entry - check in the Past Meetings Tab
