Add the Clade Analyst to an External Meeting
Explains how to invite the Clade Analyst to third-party meetings (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet) using meeting URLs or by editing existing meetings.
3.2 Add Clade Analyst to an external meeting
Method 1. Create Meeting from URL
- Go to the IMI page and click New Meeting.
- Fill in basic details.
- Paste the external meeting URL such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.
- Set date and time to match the external meeting.
- Enable Clade Analyst. Toggle Enable Transcription ON. Select a template or choose Transcript Only.
- Save the meeting.
Method 2. Add bot to an existing meeting
- Open a meeting that contains an external URL.
- Click Analyst Settings.
- Toggle Enable Transcription ON.
- Select a template or Transcript Only.
- Save settings.
